The ACR Rapid Ditch Express Bag is designed to keep all your essential emergency kit together in a neat convenient bag. Constructed from rugged 600 Denier Polyester fabric with large self-repairing zippers and closed cell foam walls and base, the bag is designed to float even when fully loaded (ideal for rapid abandonment into the water).
The main compartment has a wide zip top entrance that can accommodate large or bulky equipment and the inside the walls feature an elasticated daisy chain organizer for storing narrow items such as strobes, torches and knives on one side, whilst the opposite wall features three small Velcro flap pockets and four lanyards with clips for securing equipment and preventing it being lost or floating away when the bag is opened in the water.
The ACR Rapid Ditch Express bag has been designed with an easy release webbing shoulder strap that is perfect for tethering the bag to a survivor whilst in the water. The plastic snap hook can quickly be removed from one end of the bag and clipped to a survivors lifejacket or clothing. The outside of the bag features one large drawstring neck pocket at one end designed to store any of the ACR range of EPIRBS. The EPIRB can be activated whilst still stored in the pocket if required.
With rapid abandonment in mind, the Rapid Ditch Express Bag comes complete with a Velcro Bulkhead Mounting Patch that allows you to site the bag at a convenient location to be ready at a moments notice. ACR also provide a waterproof equipment card that slides into a see-through sleeve on the front so that you can record the equipment contents.
